How do I download and install MyVV?

MyVV is in invite-only beta. When you're invited, we email you a private link with everything you need. On iPhone & iPad, it installs through Apple's free TestFlight app (iOS 16.1+) — just tap the button in the email. On Android, you install the app directly (an APK); because it's distributed outside the Play Store, your phone will ask you to allow installs from your browser the first time — the link walks you through enabling that and tapping Install. To update later, use the most recent link we send (the Android app also tells you in-app when an update is available). Not on the list yet? Request beta access.

How do I sign in to the sailor portal?

Go to me.myvv.io and enter your email — we'll send a one-time code (or sign in instantly with a passkey if you've set one up). Codes can come by email, or by text for U.S. mobile numbers.

My voyage or itinerary looks wrong or out of date.

MyVV mirrors what's in your Virgin Voyages account. In the app, tap the sync icon to re-import the latest from Virgin. For authoritative booking, boarding, and travel details, always check Virgin Voyages' official channels.

How do I add my boarding pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Open the voyage in the sailor portal or the app and tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet.” The pass updates as your voyage details change and tidies itself up after you disembark.

I'm not getting notifications.

Notifications are handled on your device. Make sure notifications are enabled for MyVV in your device settings — Settings → Notifications on iPhone, or the app's notification settings on Android. If you've turned them off, the rest of the app keeps working.

How do I change my name, email, or phone number?

Your profile details come from your Virgin Voyages account — update them there and they'll flow into MyVV on your next sync.

How do I delete my data?

Email privacy@myvv.io and we'll remove your information. You can also download a copy of your data from the sailor portal. See our Privacy Policy.

Is MyVV affiliated with Virgin Voyages?

No. MyVV is an independent app by CTT Apps LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Virgin Voyages.
